What is your Refund/Exchange Policy?

All sales are final, no refund will be provided; however, store credit or exchange will gladly be given.  Please follow guide-lines below prior to returning the purchased item[s].

1. Please email to request an RMA # [Return Authorization Number].
2. Product must be returned or exchanged within 10 days of date of purchase.  No exceptions.
3. Product must be returned in its original condition.

** Wireadorned reserves the right to refuse any return that is not in resale condition and/or without an RMA #.
** A 50% re-stocking fee is applied to returned items that show any signs of customer wear, or is returned without an RMA #.
** Shipping, Handling and Insurance fees are non-refundable.
** If the return is due to our error, shipping charges will be refunded. Thank you.
